Depends on what route you want to take - self-publish vs traditional book publisher.

If you want to self publish the book and CD there are lots of ways to fulfill. You can try companies like Selby Marketing&#039;s Direct2Market Solutions or online ones like Kunaki.com

Then it&#039;s a matter of getting someone to organize the launch like Hasmark Services, Peggy McColl or Warren Whitlock. I don&#039;t know what they need from you in order to make it a win for them to do it though.

For traditional book publishing, I&#039;d suggest doing something like Mark Victor Hansen&#039;s Mega Book Marketing event - you&#039;ll have to find out when the next one is though.

		<description>When I started online I was full of idea&#039;s on how I should apply myself, what was important to me and how I could combine all of my personal experiences to better help others. It is true that I looked at a few of those &#039;Get Rich Now Schemes&#039; but inadvertently my main goal was to combine everything together, so that my goals would reflect my intent.
As I read through the long &#039;Sales Page letters&#039; I felt quite ill and put-off by the contextual hype being used and alike yourselves, I couldn&#039;t find one example of human-to-human-contact.

So I just applied myself to how I could best reach out, talking to marketers and vendors as a human being and I am grateful above all, that I found a common denominator in between the lines.

We do need to use the &#039;Personal Touch&#039; when we&#039;re talking to anyone, communication is a skill and we can master it by simply being human.
